When this happens

The connection declares PayPathIQ as receipt delivery owner, but no verified vendor route is enabled. PayPathIQ does not post to Blockman, import a Blockman CSV or write payments to Xero because no receipt-posting endpoint or import format has been verified. Producing an unverified file or request would not be accounting acknowledgement. Nothing was attempted or recorded. The Payment and its allocations are unchanged and reconciliation stays pending.

What to do

Read the receipt delivery resource to see the disabled capability and the missing vendor proof. Ask PayPathIQ to change the connection’s declared receipt delivery owner to the partner if your system will post receipts.
