When this happens

You asked PayPathIQ to deliver a receipt on a connection whose declared receipt delivery owner is the partner. Each connection has exactly one delivery owner, so that two systems never post the same receipt. Nothing was attempted or recorded.

What to do

Deliver the receipts from your own system using the partner delivery operations. To have PayPathIQ deliver instead, ask the Client to change the declared delivery owner.
