When this happens

The cursor points before the oldest retained change. Changes are retained for 30 days, so a consumer that has been offline for longer cannot resume from its stored cursor.

What to do

Resynchronize. Request GET /v1/clients/{clientCode}/changes?from=latest to obtain a cursor positioned after every change committed so far, read the current Customers and Receivables you need, then resume the feed from that cursor.
