## When this happens

This connection declares `approved_rules` recovery entry, so PayPathIQ evaluates a Client-approved policy and recovery instructions are not accepted.

Do not send instructions on this connection. Ask PayPathIQ to change the approved recovery entry mode if the agreement has changed.
