## When this happens

Each connection declares exactly one receipt delivery owner. This connection declares PayPathIQ as the owner, so partner operations that retrieve delivery-ready Payments, report delivery attempts or acknowledge receipt lines are not available. Letting two systems post the same receipt would risk duplicate posting.
