# payment_request_not_payable

> Payment request not payable (HTTP 409).

## When this happens

The Customer is not liable for a requested Receivable, a Receivable is not payable now (for example paid, not yet due, or not in euro), or the Customer has no contact detail to verify a payment.

## What to do

Read the Customer and Receivables, correct the request, and create it again. If the error persists, contact [help@paypathiq.com](mailto:help@paypathiq.com) with the `requestId`.
