# book_completion_unverified

## When this happens

PayPathIQ could not verify that the listed batches carry the complete book. A listed batch does not exist for this connection and Client, is still queued or running, failed or only partly succeeded, contains a record that was not accepted or was blocked by a dependency, or the Receivables the batches accepted do not match `expectedReceivableCount`.

Nothing was flagged, held, settled or changed.

## What to do

Read each batch, fix and resend any record that did not succeed, wait until every listed batch is `succeeded`, and send the declaration again with the exact Receivable count of the Source book. Never lower `expectedReceivableCount` to match a truncated load.
