# batch_not_found

> Batch not found (HTTP 404).

## When this happens

No batch with this identifier exists for your Integration and Client. A batch is visible only to the Integration that submitted it.

## What to do

Check the identifier and Client code. If the submission response was lost, send the same `PUT` again with an identical body: it is a safe retry.
